Taking a shortcut to do something is really cheating but not most of the time. In fact, we tech geeks, cheating is the best win for doing things. You don't have to be a tech savvy to operate your PC using shortcuts, you're saving time plus that's what everybody wants. So let's get started with those shortcuts you should sink your teeth into right this very second.

Select a file to be renamed and press the key combination fn + f2 and start typing a new file save, you can just use enter key to save the changes while done.

Use the combination ctrl + C to copy selected files and ctrl + X to cut them while ctrl + V will paste those files to a selected folder.

Bonus: copied files can be pasted into many folders without copying again while those that are cut can only be pasted into a single folder.

The combination (alt+f4) will close apps on the foreground, hence why you should leave them in the background by going straight to a desktop screen(minimize the open windows).
