3 Ways to share the internet with friends and family

Credit: jooin.com

Let's face it, our mobile devices are with us more than they have been. It's probably impossible to imagine life without them, the internet gave them a reason to catch our attention. With all that, the internet is the topic you should be familiar with. What we do with it may provide reasons why we need to know of ways to share the network with people around us, just from a smartphone.

1. WiFi hotspot

If your device is able to send and share files using Shareit, you can celebrate because you are in the mix. You'll need to have enabled mobile data to share the internet with friends around you.

If you navigate to settings, then more it is there where you see Tethering and portable hotspot. A step further takes you to WiFi hotspot: Everything about sharing the internet using mobile hotspot lives there. Or you can Go to settings and search "Wifi hotspot" if your device allows you to. Or any other way, take a pick!

2. Bluetooth

Almost every smartphone is equipped with a Bluetooth connection, it's very unlikely that your device has no traces of Bluetooth.
To get this feature working; both devices need to be paired and connected after you have verified it has Bluetooth.

When navigating to Tethering and portable hotspot, you'll be greeted with an option to share your internet with Bluetooth so the rest can be done there.

3. USB Cable

The first two methods are handy if you have no wires (USB data cable) lying around. Wireless connections are futuristic; even though they work like magic, they are not perfect for every occasion. Cables can save the day if neither of the wireless ways proved useful. A USB cable is all you need plus a Computer.

Only Jumping into Tethering and portable hotspot is when you'll be provided with an option to use a USB cable to share the internet. A device should be connected to a Computer for all that to work.
