4 Amazing things to do with a phone camera

Ever since the conception of a smartphone, a camera has always been a selling feature. Every year the camera department improves drastically, and there are many uses for cameras than just taking selfies.

So let's talk about 4 amazing things we can do with a phone's camera.

1. Working with QR codes

Working with QR codes is fairly simple. QR codes are used for things like tracking items on the market, sharing web links and many more. To get them into use is as simple as downloading an app that supports them.  

Opera Mini uses this tech as an alternative to following the URLs. WhatsApp and SHAREit use a QR technology too, but for different purposes. WhatsApp lets you clone your conversations on a PC via WhatsApp web while SHAREit uses it to pair up devices for sharing. 

2. Taking videos for Sharing

We also use cameras to capture exquisite moments for later sharing. So to shoot scenes for large screen consumption; the phone should in landscape mode while shooting. A good camera will save the day.

3. Video chatting

Video calling has limited human interactions. Google Duo and Skype, are examples of those services that offer video chatting. Despite the qualms people have about this technology, they still enjoy the feature. A good camera is also essential for a better experience.

4. Searching through documents

Using a smartphone camera to take photos of documents and then scanning them into PDFs is what you might have known. Did you know you can search for words using just a smartphone camera?
